A collaborative piece with award-winning wood turner, Ed Kelle. This is the third of our pendant series and truly stunning. This Jasper will garner “Oohs and Aaahs” and the balance of the wood, the HOVERING Garnet (it floats above the sculpture) and recycled silver makes this art piece unique.

Jasper protects against negativity, Spessartite Garnet is a stone of health and silver provides a steadying influence for the stone and used as a mirror to the soul.

ROCK CANDY! This one-only pendant/necklace collaboration is substantial, geometric yet organic. The crystal, resting on a bed of hand carved cherry wood, grows outward surrounded by Moonstone shoots. Cherry wood sculpture made by award-winning wood turner, Ed Kelle.

Aragonite -provides ease for centering oneself and is especially helpful during periods of stress and anger, Moonstone – promotes long life and happiness and is said to attract friendship and loyalty towards the wearer and Silver is used with gemstones to both attract and retain their qualities.

A collaborative piece with award-winning wood turner, Ed Kelle. We combined his gorgeous textured, reclaimed walnut with stunning stones and silver to create a truly special piece. The waterfall dances lightly below the strong and stable center pendant.

Extrusion

textured cherry with spessartite garnet, silver and steel

Ed Kelle, award winning wood turner, collaborated with me on a small collection and this is the first piece. Sleek and strong, he turned the recycled cherry, hand carved the face then bleached and stippled the base. To compliment his work, I roughed up the sterling bail and added a garnet that would pull out the warm gold in the cherry.

Garnet is a stone of health and Silver brings one “the advantage” through life.

Moss Growing

reclaimed cherry, turquoise, smoked quartz, malachite-pyrite, pearl, agate and sterling necklace

A collaborative piece with award-winning wood turner, Ed Kelle. I decided that for this cherry sculpture I’d “drip” moss off of it using woven Turquoise and Smoked Quartz drops. It’s in an “arts and craft” style, dramatic, moving yet very wearable.

Turquoise offers soothing energy and piece of mind, Smoked Quartz disperses negative patterns and vibrations, Agate stimulate intuition, sensitivity, imagination and adaptability, Pearls Helps to provide focus to one’s attention, Malachite/Pyrite “Stone of Transformation”, assisting one in changing situations and will shield one from many forms of negative energy and Silver is used with gemstones to both attract and retain their qualities.

Part of the collaboration collection with woodturner, Ed Kelle. I wanted to show off more of Ed’s work and a bangle does just that. His textured art is the perfect body for my contemporary and sleek caps. The gold-filled wire and CZ’s seem to burrow themselves into the piece.

Loving Guidance

Burrowing in my silver scrap bin and found this wonderful squiggle, which I recycled in this contemporary design. The Pietersite matrix flows with the moving lines and the little silver “tail” cups the Hematite beautifully.

Pietersite dispels illusions and assists one in the recognition of beauty of the soul while stimulating dignified power and loving guidance, Hematite transforms negativity to the purity of the universal light of love and Silver brings one “the advantage” through life.
